What is Covered?
Defective materials or workmanship. Each product is unique and carries varying warranty coverage, so consult product manual for specific details.
Our vaporizers, their batteries, and chargers are covered for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase.
Glass mouthpieces and replaceable atomizers/coils are covered for 10 days after the original purchase date/arrival date for manufacturer's defects only, not for accidental or intentional breakage.
What is Not Covered?
SeshGear Warranty Service does not cover against normal wear and tear by the user; damages caused by dropping (intentional or accidental), submerging in liquid; improper cleaning or neglect; lost or stolen parts; or any other damage that is not a result of defective materials or workmanship.
SeshGear Warranty Service is only eligible to customers with a valid proof of purchase. We are unable to do Warranty Service on already Warranty Serviced items.
What Will Void My Warranty?
Damages caused by use of SeshGear products with any unlicensed item or any accessory not approved for usage with SeshGear Vaporizers; or damages and defects that result from usage of the product for illegal purposes.
SeshGear Warranty Service is NON-TRANSFERABLE
SeshGear Warranty Claims are available in the United States and Canada ONLY!
SeshGear does not honor warranty claims from outside these locations.
How Do I File a Warranty Claim?
If you feel that your product qualifies for warranty servicing, please proceed to the Electronic Warranty Claim Form below for your specific unit. Fill out the claim form, list a detailed description of the issue(s) you are experiencing, and upload a copy of your dated proof of purchase or original sales receipt.
