- All distributor requests must be made via the SeshGear website by completing the Distributor Application form below.
- 2 - 3 Business Days for Final Approval.
- All Sales Tax ID Forms must be on file before any order may be placed.
- Order ships to one location.
- All accounts pay shipping / freight charges.
- Preferred method of payment is check, terms (with approval), or wire transfer.
- Payment with Visa / MasterCard / Discover credit cards will incur a 2% transaction fee.
- Payment with American Express credit cards will incur a 3% transaction fee.
- Quarterly account review to track order volume in order to maintain distributor pricing eligibility.
IF APPROVED, hard copy of the company's State ID documentation will be required and kept on file with SeshGear.
NOTE: documentation MUST be completed and provided to your SeshGear Account Manager prior to placing your first order.
